Policy Objectives
The ISMS has been established to:
Ensure seamless protection of information
Minimize risks of damage or misuse
Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory security objectives
This framework ensures strict adherence to the principles of:
Confidentiality – safeguarding information from unauthorized access
Integrity – ensuring accuracy and reliability of data
Availability – guaranteeing access to information when required
Governance & Responsibilities
The Information Security Committee is responsible for the effectiveness and enforcement of the ISMS.
The Committee approves, disseminates, and monitors compliance with this Security Policy.
An ISMS Manager has been appointed with authority to oversee implementation, development, and continuous improvement.
The Committee is also responsible for designing and approving the risk assessment methodology that supports the ISMS.
Compliance
All employees, contractors, and stakeholders whose activities may directly or indirectly affect information security are required to comply with this Security Policy.
Non-compliance will be treated with utmost seriousness to preserve the integrity of Haloocom’s information security practices.
Quality Management System (QMS)
Our Quality Management System ensures that all telecommunication solutions developed and delivered by Haloocom meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability.
Scope of QMS:
“Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Support, and Maintenance of Telecommunication solutions such as Contact Center Software, IP PBX, and Unified Business Communication Applications.”
